Everything was bad and dirty place was looks a hell and nightmare  I was can’t sitting in the room one hour more I paid the money and when i saw the room I left the room and the place and i didn’t try to return my money i was shocked how they can live sleep eat in a place like this.

Behavior and comfort of front office staff are prioritized, along with the location and accessibility of everything.

The reception staff is very good to deal with, but the room service and housekeepers are very poor and lack manners. If you request any service from them, they will not listen and ignore you. and not other managers are available to ask.

Very small rooms, old and bad furniture, dirty bed sheets, bad AC and no power sockets.

Staff behaviour was good

they didn’t provide me room as per my reservation & they charged extra amount & provide me another room.

There is Bed bug to much not sleep all night And no tissue. TV not working I pay 12.230 bd for 1 nights Very bed experience

The location of the hotel was ultimately great, in the middle of the city so you could get around OK. The price was also OK depending on when you check-in. The personnel were also nice.

The bed was as stiff as a plank board Also the floors were wood so every time I took a shower maybe was gonna fall.(note: I did fall but onto the bed last min jump) The shower also was not OK! No curtains to avoid splashing the water all over, and the biggest upset was (NO HOT WATER)

The hotel is very good. I like the interior paintings, wooden cladding and the private parking. It shall be suitable even for families too. Lot of restaurants are near by and easily reachable to main attractions.

Stil under renovation. No lift to reach reception and there is No direct access to the parking lot.

The reception manager did a good job with minimum facilities. Very nice large fish tank in the lobby. Breakfast extremely basic with minimal choice and was served in the room rather than in the hotel restaurant.

Hotel needs upgrading. Water pressure in the bathroom low. Air condition fairly noisy. Not much activity in the lobby or in the bar/restaurant which was closed. The games room was closed.

The only complaint is the flush in bathroom is not working properly. one more - There is no charging point for mobile in the rooms. There is no telephone to get connected to hotel staff.

The hotel is about as cheap as you are likely to find in Manama. It's an old hotel with an unusual patina, and its quirky decor gives it aged character. It makes a change from the many sterile and lifeless hotels that proliferate in Manama.

The aging AC unit is rather loud, the bedside lamp didn't work, a small insect crawled across the bed sheet when i drew back the blanket (no top sheet!), the tap in the sink was loose and the room i was allocated (502) fell some way short of meeting the expectation created by the alluring images posted on Booking.com, as might have been expected. Book this hotel because you like the price, NOT because you like the photos.

The hotel is very accesible

As it is a very old hotel, although it is clean, there is a feeling of uncertainty when you walk the halls and even when you walk through the reception. It is dark, musty, and has an abandoned feel.

Behavior of the lady at the welcome desk, she was insisting contentiously if you don’t want to stay here can go other hotel Bathroom fittings were broken(605) Rather they shown me the same room I stayed last time ( room no 407) for which I complained to you in my June stay, this time my Son (15 years) he was charged extra 10 BD each night But they provided sofa cum bed totally broken( springs were almost out of the Mattres) they provided extra bed which was kept on the broken mattress, with total imbalance of the bed. You can send your representative to check the same Room number 605

It was quiet, no disturbance.

Managing person in reception at night was so mean I asked for water, worker said yes we can give. But the managing person yelled at worker from where you give water.

I had to change rooms 3 times. The first one there were cockroaches in the washroom and the flush wasn’t working properly. Second the A/c wasn’t working properly. The place looks like a haunted building. Wouldn’t recommend staying here at all. Didn’t feel safe at all. Never felt so alone. Such a shady place.

this was great hotel .....i was really enjoy (room+staff+cafe+every thing) but when my checkout time i forget to receive my checkout paper from moon plaza ... can you send me by mail my check out proof with stamp i will very thank full to you for this kindness ....
